Parkway bank Park entertainment district
Parkway bank Park is a 300,000 square foot entertainment project adjacent to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. Tenants include Adobe Gila’s, Aloft hotel, Big Ten Conference Headquarters, Bub City, Five Roses Pub, Fogo de Chão, Hofbräuhaus, iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Joe’s Live, Kings Bowling, Muvico Theaters, Park Tavern, Sugar Factory American Brasserie, and Zanies Comedy Club. All of this surrounds a four season plaza for guests to enjoy during their visit.
Developer’s Fifield and Terraco introduce Logan’s Crossing; a prime mixed-use development to be constructed in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. The Rose hilton tapestry collection hotel
The Rose will be one of the ten approved boutique hotels in Hilton's exclusive global Tapestry collection. The five-story hotel will feature 163-rooms, 6,000 SF of high tech meeting space and an engaging first floor bar and gathering area.

This will be the first Chicagoland location for the Texas-based restaurant chain Truluck's. The fine-dining seafood, steak, and crab house will be just under 14,000 SF and will feature two rooftop patios, two bars, a private dining room, and a banquet hall.

DHL INNOVATION CENTER
The DHL Innovation Center will be the first of its kind in North America, following its successors in Germany and Singapore. The nearly 62,000 SF building will be a meeting center for customers, business and industry partners to connect and exchange ideas with DHL Group teams and experts. The center will host visits, workshops, and events related to technology.
