Marc Offit formed Braden Real Estate Company to provide his wide-range knowledge of brokerage, acquisition, and development related to the retail and restaurant commercial real estate. Marc’s background includes CEO and Founder of The Sierra Group, Inc. and a career at General Growth Properties where he was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Asset Management – overseeing 12M square feet of retail space. This platform, and the first-hand knowledge of almost every major project throughout the country, provides Marc with the vision and insight to take an asset such as a piece of land or existing under-performing retail center and transform it into a burgeoning, profitable focal point for its owners.

Marc's talents for design layout and merchandising embrace the unique aspect of each project and help maximize the experience for all who visit it. Using this knowledge, he can carefully balance symbiotic retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues and transform a quiet center into a busy and profitable one. Howard Offit specializes in tenant and landlord representation, investment services and development. Prior, he successfully grew investment services businesses specializing in option arbitrage and split strike conversion strategies to over $2 billion in AUM. Additionally, Howard brings specific finance knowledge to lease economic analysis, as well as access to capital for development and retail growth concepts. He has multiple degrees from Johns Hopkins University including a B.S. undergraduate degree and two graduate program Masters Degrees, M.S.B. and M.B.A. He also has his series 3 and 65 licenses as well as his health, life, property and casualty licenses. A native of Baltimore who resides in the DC suburbs, he has a passion for lacrosse, golf, and boating.
